Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for the following items:

- Personalized or Custom Products
- Beauty, Health, or Hygiene Products that have been opened or used
- Sale or Clearance Items (unless defective)
How to Return an Item
Returning a product is simple. Please follow these steps:
Contact Us: To initiate a return, contact us by email at info@brightauro.site or call (706) 645-0099. Provide your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
Return Authorization: Once we receive your request, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number and provide further instructions on how to return the product.
Return the Item: Carefully pack the item(s) to prevent damage during transit. Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Refund Processing: Upon receiving the returned item and confirming that it meets the return criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will assist you in either replacing the item or issuing a refund, depending on the situation. We may request photos of the damage to expedite the process.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
